This is for the "spin-off" version of GTA Episodes from Liberty City (EFLC), the one that has The Ballad of Gay Tony (TBoGT) and The Lost and Damned (TLaD) but doesn't have the base game (IV).

You need this to run the game, otherwise you double-click it and it won't run.
