Remove "Shortcut" text from new shortcuts (Windows 11) registry

Posted under Tweaks by Callisto Site owner

When you make a new shortcut, it will have the suffix " - shortcut" in the name.

This tweak will stop that from happening. New shortcuts will just have the name of the target file.

This version is for Windows 11.
