Set default power plan registry

Set the Windows power plan to one of the selected schemes.

Choose the "Ultimate Performance" power plan by default without having to duplicate it via CMD.

But the downside is that you can't change it in the "Change advanced power settings".

A reboot will be required.

This is for 64-bit software. Only use this if you are using a 64-bit version of Windows.
