State of Emergency is a beat 'em up video game developed by VIS Entertainment and published by Rockstar Games and Global Star Software.

The game is not DRM free unfortunately and you have to use No-CD patch to open it without it's installation ISO image/DVD

But the patch alone itself is not enough because the game requires registry to open from its .EXE file, without it the .EXE won't function or open so you have to add the registry information before opening it in order to play.

Me myself TenAte108 I've tested it and worked and that way you won't have to reinstall/redownload the game and just play right away.
