Request for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare controller config registry

I need to use a controller to play, while simultaneously using another app that uses keyboard and mouse.
This allows the controller to stay focused on the background application (CoD) while having access to other applications (Chrome) using keyboard/mouse.
GTA V allows a controller to input even in background when the mouse and keyboard are actively playing another game.
The registry needs to have;

DISCL_NONEXCLUSIVE | DISCL_BACKGROUND)
