Request for Guitar rig 5 and UTAU music software registry

Guitar rig 5 works with old install but it cant find its plugins and addons because they are not registered. Its would be great if It didn't need to be reinstalled again. Same goes for utau which has two dlls that are pushed to system32 but even if I copy them in to the app directory It doesn't run as the dlls are not registered
Do you have the registry for Guitar rig 5 and UTAU music software?
